I made a simple bread using the recipe from Piotr Kucharski’s book.

I can’t make new breads every time. Sometimes we do get back to the old ones, just add something new to them. Like a sourdough starter.

11th of November is coming, and this is St. Martin’s Day. Time to prepare a special treat: St. Martin’s croissants.
